Hi, I’m Sarah! When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me working on recipes (+ filming them), at a pilates class, or making a detailed itinerary with a dedicated Google map for my next trip. I currently reside in Miami, FL with my partner and our mini aussiedoodle, Meli.

The hardest part of making health changes for some people is actually knowing what to do. After trying so many different diets, reading so many different things on Instagram, I usually hear clients saying, “Please just tell me what to eat already!”

While health isn’t as simple as printing some 1200 calorie generic meal plan off the internet, it also doesn’t have to be so hard and confusing either.

That’s where your Battle Plan comes in!

To make the journey as straightforward and easy to follow as possible, we create a highly individualized plan after each initial consultation. We call it a “Battle Plan” because it strategically targets overall health from every angle (lifestyle, breath work, supplements, movement, scheduling, and of course- food!) It is a lengthy and extremely specific document that works as a step-by-step guide for how to feel better and heal.
